The stuff members where all very amiable and excellant. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms are quiet with modern facilities. The hotel's location is marvellous and stunning, just off the cleanest most uncrowded beach on the island, and the dunes.

We were in Sanibel for 1 day, had wonderful stay, the hotel was fairly clean with marvellous and amazing location down to the waters edge in her golf cart.

The location of this motel is absolutely perfect for a beach-focused vacation. The beach is just a step away and the atmosphere is so peaceful and quiet. The rooms may not be luxurious, but they have this charming vintage feel to them with the terrazzo floors. Plus, they provide all the beach essentials like towels, chairs, and umbrellas. I had a wonderful beach getaway here and would highly recommend it!

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location in a quiet neighborhood is perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff is friendly and provides great service, making you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and updated with modern facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying, starting your day off on a good note.

The only minor issue was the temperature of the room at night, but it was easily resolved by adjusting the blankets.

The staff was very nice. Our cottage was clean but small and very basic. I have not stayed at a place like this since I was young.

The major problem was that the island was infested with no-see-ums, small sand flea type bugs. When we opened the back door they got into our rooms and we were eaten alive at night. My husband stopped going out on the third day because he was so horribly bitten up. I am not exaggerating when I say he had at least 100 red itchy bites. We even started spraying ourselves with bug repellant day and night time and we were still bitten to excess. I would never go back, even with the beauty.

The room was vintage and cozy, with a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator. Stayed here before now, and I would love to come back.

We had our wedding ceremony on the beach at the Tropical Winds. It will always be a special place in our hearts. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in one of the cottage units which are not on the beach, but are just across the street. They are quaint, charming and "old Florida." We had plenty of privacy and thoroughly enjoyed our short time there.

The only improvement that I can recommend is to replace the 2 double beds with one queen or king bed.
